We had a fairly large room for new york . We didn't expect that while booking but the room was bigger than expected! Also the hygiene was super!!

Location is really good, and the roof terrace on the 14th floor is nice as it is as warm as now. If you want a quick breakfast with good coffee, don't hesitate to go to the lobby, there is a corner where you can cage a tasty bagel from the famous shop around the corner with cream cheese. The fruit box is fresh and varied.
The double bed is not only too narrow, but also too short.

Neat and clean rooms. Not big of course but enough space. Close to a metro stop and small eateries. You can have breakfast at the hotel for a fee. The offer is not very extensive but sufficient. The roof terrace is a big plus! The courtyard garden is also fun, especially for breakfast. They have a luggage service so on the day you leave they keep your luggage so you can enjoy the city for another day.
The beds are for long people somewhat small. I am 1.95 and did not fit in well. This has proved to be a problem throughout America, so not specifically for this hotel.

Perfect location in the center of New York, easily accessible by subway, clean, and a fine hotel garden to relax.
Price/quality ratio. The facilities were reasonably sober for the price.

The room with bunk beds and shared bathroom was more comfortable than expected. Fine beds each with its own TV, a washbasin with mirror and many towels. Every day the rooms and bathrooms were cleaned well. No problems with the shared bathroom. There was always one free thing you could see in your room with a handy light system. Close to metro station and 20 min walk to the heart of Manhattan, Time square!
The air conditioning made a lot of noise but had to stay on because of the warm weather.
